Spreadsheets containing product information that you build or receive will be similar to the one you see below. It will consist of columns with labels and rows with data. On Venzee, we refer to columns as attributes.
This sample spreadsheet has 7 columns/attributes: Sku, Name, Cost, Status, Inventory, Brand, and Image.
When you import your spreadsheet you will be asked which row contains your labels. If you were importing this spreadsheet you would enter 1 because that's the row that contains the column labels. If your labels are on row 4, enter 4.
You have the option of importing all the columns in your spreadsheet or only some of them. Note that the names in purple below represent the column labels in the above spreadsheet.
By default all of the columns in your spreadsheet will be imported. If you don't want to include a column in your import click on its name and the "button" will turn white indicating that it won't be included.
You will be asked how you identify your products. Our sample spreadsheet contains a SKU so you would click on "sku" to select it.
Now you will identify which column in your spreadsheet contains your images. In our sample spreadsheet that information is contained in a column called "Image". Therefore, you would click on "image" to select it:
